I Can't Said The Ant was written in the 60's by a rad-as-hell chick named Polly Cameron. She was an illustrator and designer, working on European editorial design and spreads, amongst many other pursuits, including writing and illustrating for children's literature.

I Can't Said The Ant involves a the smashing of a teapot, a lively chorus of kitchen appliances (who are all talk no action) and the timely arrival of an unsuspecting ant.

This short film adaptation is mainly dedicated to Polly, but also to kids of all ages who face insurmountable tasks and must find their bravery. I was always told people in my family were a fearful breed, and that we had to work extra hard to be brave.
